PHOTOS (L-R) Philadenos who love the Garden of Edith are planning on spending their summer at the Garden, the Garden and the Sun.
The Garden of Eliza’s outdoor space is being converted into an indoor event space, and its centerpiece is a garden with a huge canopy that will allow the city to host thousands of people.
The Garden of The Sun, a $4 million project that opened in January, is also set to host more than 500 events in 2017.
We’re looking forward to celebrating spring and summer and making sure the City of Philadeterf has a really awesome summer and a very special fall in mind.
In addition to the Garden event space and the outdoor garden, the City also plans to construct the first new City-owned recreation center in the city since 2014, according to the city.
The new building will serve as a summer camp, a children’s playground, a playground, and a community center, the city said in a news release.
Newly inaugurated Philadetheater.org has a new site.
Philadelphians can find it in the center of the city, on the corner of 14th and H Streets.
A total of 8,500 people were expected to attend the Garden Show at the city’s City Hall, according the city press release.
The show is scheduled to last about four hours.
